At Skin Kar MBH, our skincare products are handcrafted with precision and care. While we prioritize high quality production, we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Ownership and responsibility for packages transfer to the carrier upon shipment. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact your local USPS office regarding delivery issues. To ensure secure receipt, we recommend being present at the delivery address or arranging a pickup via the USPS portal.For added peace of mind, we encourage purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your investment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To maintain the highest hygiene standards, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time due to the sanitary nature of our skincare products. While we cannot control environmental conditions or weather related damage during transit, we guarantee that every package is prepared with expert care and protective packaging materials.
